Up to an hour before the start of the treatment, you are welcome to relax in the heat and water facilities of ESPA Riga with saunas, steam rooms, recreational facilities and take a dip in the only heated outside pool in Riga. After treatment you will have the opportunity to relax in our Relaxation room by enjoying herbal teas and healthy treats.
