Modern gym with the latest equipment

ESPA Riga Fitness studio is fitted with the latest Technogym fitness equipment - treadmills, Vario, Synchro and Step, as well as bike trainers! In the Fitness studio we have TRX trainers and all the necessary equipment to have a quality workout - gravity bombs, kettlebells, dumbbells and modern Technogym Kinesis trainers, equipped with a 3D motion and FullGravity technology!

Gym membership

You can also sign up for a gym, pool and sauna membership with the unlimited access to our active leisure area, while enjoying many perks of the inner city spa resort.

Access to the Fitness Studio is complimentary for guests of Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel. Changing rooms and pool area are not available with this offer. Appropriate clothing is required. Subject to availability.
